We design the control unit as one product: the hardware, the firmware, and the software your customer's operators log into.
One product, still in our hands
The station is yours. The control unit inside it is ours to design. We do the boards, the firmware, and the web software as a single piece of work, not a board from one vendor and an app from another. A reading on the screen is something we can trace to a pin.
We keep working on both. When the hardware needs a revision, the software moves with it. When the software needs a clearer alarm, we can change what the unit reports. The product is not a one-shot file we shipped and walked away from.
We put the unit together
The usual order is a boxed, ready-to-install control unit. We assemble it and ship it so there is no board assembly on your line for that path. Your plant inserts it, makes the connections from our published docs, and closes the cabinet. Plants that already manufacture can follow a different path. We price that work with you.
You build the station and sell it
A manufacturer fits the unit into a complete voltage regulator station and sells that station to their customer. We do not build the station and we do not sell to the end site. We make the unit that lets the station be watched and configured after it leaves your line.
The people who bought the station log into sine8 for live phases, diagnostics, and remote settings. Wiring docs, manuals, and CAD stay on this site so your plant can install without waiting on a call.
